Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using Inbox Lightning, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Inbox Lightning is an email intelligence tool that reads Gmail metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamp) to help you prioritize conversations. It is not an email client and does not store or display email body content.

3. Accounts

  • You must have a valid Google account to use Inbox Lightning.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

4. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan includes up to 200 threads and core dashboard features. The Pro plan (€12/month) adds unlimited threads, AI analysis, AI reply drafting, and the post-call digest. Plan limits and pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the service to harass, spam, or harm others

6. Google API compliance

Inbox Lightning accesses Gmail data solely to provide the features described above. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Inbox Lightning is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any missed emails, lost data, or business decisions made based on the service's output. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, or €12, whichever is greater.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
